ZON.E is a Belgian musician and producer based in Brussels, crafting immersive electronic music driven by his instrument of choice: the drums.
Blending deep electronic textures with organic sounds and field recordings, ZON.E invites listeners into vast sonic landscapes — a unique universe where you can feel both infinitely small and endlessly expansive.
On stage, a drum kit takes center position, surrounded by controllers and synthesizers. The result is a powerful live performance built on hypnotic beats, cinematic atmospheres, and rich melodic layers.

Il greffe à ces vibrations électros des sons plus organiques
(field recording) et nous emmène ainsi dans l’exploration de grands espaces : un univers singulier où on se sent petit et grand à la fois.
ZON.E en live c’est donc au centre une batterie et
autour des contrôleurs et des synthés. Le tout pour
créer une électro centrée sur le beat et habillée de

With his debut EP Mappa Mundi,
ZON.E explores the idea of inner landscapes through a journey across contrasting horizons — from the volcanic lands of Sicily to the forests of Chassepierre, the sunlit plains of Puglia, and the vast plateaus of the Vercors.
For each track, he immersed himself in the environment, capturing the raw textures of each place through field recordings that became the very starting point of his compositions.
The volcanic eruption recorded on the slopes of Mount Etna is transformed into pulsating percussion and molten synthesizers on Magma.
Elsewhere, the haunting call of red deer echoing through the mountains of the Vercors sparked the creation of ECHO.
Mappa Mundi unfolds as a deep sonic immersion — a dense and organic world of sound inviting listeners to tune into the vibrations resonating within.

Dans ce premier EP baptisé “Mappa mundi”,
ZON.E explore la notion de paysage intérieur en arpentant
différents horizons: , La Sicile, la région de Chassepierre, les
Pouilles ou encore le plateau du Vercors.
Pour chaque morceau,
il est allé écouter le paysage de près (field recording)
et a intégré ces enregistrements comme point de
départ de ses compositions.
L’éruption volcanique enregistrée en haut de l'Etna est
transformée en percussions et synthés sur le titre
Magma.
Le brame du cerf dans la
montagne du Vercors ont donné l’impulsion au titre
ECHO.
“Mappa Mundi” propose une immersion dans des
espaces sonores foisonnants et nous invite à entendre
comment ça vibre, à l'intérieur.

On stage, ZON.E joins forces with Italian visual artist Egidio Marullo to create a fully immersive live experience.
Throughout the performance, Marullo paints live in direct dialogue with the music. His evolving artworks are projected in real time, transforming the stage into a living audiovisual landscape.
Together, the two artists weave a conversation between sound and image, both exploring the relationship between humanity and the natural world.
